Zoho vs. Salesforce vs. ClickHook — Which is the Best CRM?

If you are anything like us, you never settle for less. This habit translates into your business and the way you handle projects. It also translates in the way you handle everyday tasks and activities related to your business — customer relationship management included.

As a business owner, it is your responsibility to search for the best CRM available to you. Not only does it have the potential to save you lots of trouble down the road: It also has the potential to save you lots of money in both the short and long terms.

Don’t believe us? Just spend a few moments of your time reading about the benefits associated with owning a CRM software. We guarantee that you won’t be the same person again.

If you don’t already own a CRM, then you need to change this as soon as possible. In today’s post, we will be looking into three potential CRM for your business — namely Zoho, Salesforce and ClickHook. Keep in mind, however, that there are many other CRM out there. As we already said before, finding one that fits both the direction of your business and your budget is a matter of time and dedication. Those three CRM might be among the best out there — but they certainly are not the only ones! Hopefully this post will give you a general idea of what you can expect from them, though. 🙂

ZOHO

One of the most affordable CRM out there, Zoho is quickly gaining in popularity — and for a reason. Sleek, efficient and powerful at the same time, this CRM combines everything that you need in a no-fuss, user-friendly software. A definite must for small businesses looking to automate their marketing and track their sales activities.

If you are interested, here are a few features that Zoho offers:

SALESFORCE

Unlike Zoho (and ClickHook), Salesforce is on the more expensive end of the spectrum. It is also on the more complex one. As a result, we usually don’t recommend this CRM for small businesses. Keep in mind, however, that this is not always a bad thing. There is a reason why this CRM is considered the best on the market! From what we have seen so far, however, established businesses generally benefit more from Salesforce’s numerous features than smaller businesses. As a general rule of thumb we believe that if you don’t know how to use a feature, then there is no need for it. 🙂

We’ll leave it to you to decide whether Salesforce is for you or not. Until then, let’s take a look at our last option…

CLICKHOOK

Ah, ClickHook. The new kid on the block is already making waves in the CRM industry. If you know anything about this software, then you know that ClickHook is able to take the meaning of “flexibility” to a whole new level. Forget about cluttered CRM that only ends up hindering you down the road. ClickHook is ideal for small businesses looking to get the most out of customer relationship management, offering them interesting features that (surprisingly) have never been seen before.

From marketing automation to email integration, ClickHook is not to be underestimated. While it is still young, it is definitely worth looking into — especially when you think about how much this software is bound to improve in the near future and beyond. One of our favourite things about ClickHook is that it can be completely controlled by email. How cool is that?!

(Oh and the good news? ClickHook Beta is available for free! You’ll see — one month won’t be enough.)
