Are you looking for an alternative to Pipedrive? Well you have come to the right place.
While there is absolutely nothing wrong with Pipedrive, we understand that this CRM is not for everyone. We like to say that somewhere, out there, there exists a CRM that fits both the direction of your business and your budget. Finding it can be tricky, and sometimes it entails going through a number of different software.
If, for some reason or another, you have concluded that Pipedrive simply is not for you, then do not fret. Plenty of other CRM can be purchased (or tried for free) out there. Today we will be looking into one that shares a number of similarities with Pipedrive — namely, ClickHook. (http://clickhook.io)
Editors note: ClickHook has recently updated their website and their lead management tool. They are now doing a “hands-on” approach whereby they provide BOTH lead generation and lead management services. If you are interested in just the lead management software then you need to contact them on their website.
While relatively new on the market, ClickHook has already made a name for itself as one of the best CRM lead management software available. As we said above, both ClickHook and Pipedrive are quite similar. Both are able to offer a simple, non-fuss CRM approach to its users. What differentiates ClickHook from Pipedrive, however, is the former’s ability to completely change the meaning of “flexibility”.
With ClickHook, the users are given complete and utter control. Not only are they able to customize their sales-flows better — they are even given the opportunity to control the app remotely by email!
Update November 25, 2014: ClickHook now offers users the ability to fully integrate with gmail (or Google apps for business email). This means that you don’t even need to worry about communicating with leads via email… ClickHook will automatically sync your emails with leads so that you have a record of it all. And ClickHook will also track any emails opened by leads or links that have been clicked.
Sounds interesting? We thought so — hence why we looked into this software in the first place. If you are interested to learn more about what this software has to offer, we encourage you to take a look at its website. There you will find several videos that explain the app and its features better — email integration included. You will also have the chance to sign up for ClickHook Beta (free of charge, of course). Since you have nothing to lose, go ahead and do it!
